School of Applied Sciences Widening Participation Postgraduate Progression Scholarship

Application details

Eligible applicants must: come from a widening participation background: identify as Black, Asian and minority ethnic; be from a low participation neighbourhood; have a disability; be from a low-income background and low socioeconomic group; be the first in your generation to attend university; mature student and have achieved the equivalent of a British first or 2:1 in an undergraduate degree. Students who apply with 2:2 will also be considered; hold an unconditional offer or a conditional offer; be a recent graduate from the department (not open to new students to UWE Bristol); be classed as home for fees purposes and not be in receipt of another scholarship/award. Eligible programmes: MRes Applied Sciences; MSc Biomedical Science; MSc Forensic Science; MSc Health Technology; MSc Science Communication; MSc Applied Transfusion and Transplantation and MSc Advanced Wildlife Conservation.
