Course Summary

Get a solid grounding in all the key management disciplines. Choose to follow a general management route or specialise in one of five areas.

This course is for graduates who want to complement their non-management background with management knowledge, tools and skills. You'll have the option to specialise in one of these areas:

  • marketing
  • operations management
  • finance
  • human resource management
  • corporate social responsibility

The objectives of this module are to give students: A framework to allow understanding of the structure and contents of the key financial statements of business organisations; An understanding of the basic principles of financial accounting; An understanding of the basic techniques of preparation of such statements.
