Whether you are a recent graduate who wants to increase their academic acumen and enhance their appeal to employers, or you already have employment experience, but want to move to the next level, or change career direction, the MSc Business and Management course is designed to help you take the next step to success!

You’ll graduate with a broad view of business, ready to work in a range of roles within any sector, in both domestic and International businesses. You’ll also become an expert in the theory and practice of good management.

Designed by leading academics and business professionals from Norwich Business School, this course will ensure you acquire knowledge, and professional skills in order to achieve a prestigious Masters’ degree from a top 30 UK University (Guardian League Table, 2023/The Times/Sunday Times Good University Guide 2023/Complete University Guide 2024).

About

This one-year intensive course is ideal if you are passionate about all aspects of business and management, or want to explore different subjects while keeping your future career options open. It’s also a great choice if you want to gain the sort of multidisciplinary perspective of business that will help you rise to the top.

Some of the most successful people in business are generalists. They are the people who have a broad understanding of multiple disciplines and can see the bigger picture. With the ability to take insights from one area and apply them to another, they can work better with different teams and have a good grasp of internal and external influences.

They have the perspective to see problems and opportunities from different angles, identifying connections that others miss. You’ll learn how to build and sustain competitive advantage for companies in a variety of sectors, in both domestic and international markets.

Throughout the course, you’ll find a focus on personal development and on helping you discover and grow into the business expert you aspire to be.

You don’t need to have studied business before to excel on this Master’s. Equally, you might have already studied or worked in a particular aspect of business but want to diversify your skills and become more multidimensional in your approach. Or you might have studied business in a different country and are looking to gain a British perspective. You may have an undergraduate degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, humanities, arts, social sciences or business. You might come straight from undergraduate study, or have already worked in industry. You might be looking to launch or restart your career, or you might aspire to excel within your existing sector but lack the opportunities. We celebrate diversity on this course and value different experiences and insights.

EMPLOYABILITY

After the Course
