The BEng-MEng (Civil and Fire Safety) combines our undergraduate engineering program with master’s level coursework and research. Fire Safety influences almost every aspect of our built environment, from the design of industrial facilities and skyscrapers to the specific materials chosen to create cars and aeroplanes. The Civil and Fire Safety Engineering major combines civil engineering courses with the specialist study of fire safety engineering. Current BEng (Civil) can transfer into the BEng-MEng program after completing 16 units of the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours).
